10 June 2021 – (Pohlheim, Germany) – FOG Software Group (“FOG”), a division of Vela Software, and Constellation Software, Inc. [TSX: CSU] today announced that it has completed the acquisition of BRZ Schweiz AG (“BRZ Schweiz”) from a subsidiary of Nürnberger Baugruppe GmbH & Co. KG.
Rotkreuz, Switzerland-based BRZ Schweiz is a leader in ERP software for ancillary construction trades in Switzerland. Their software is an enterprise solution, optimizing the administrative processes of customers in the ancillary construction trades like building services, building shell, wood construction, painters, plasterers, metal construction and other trades.
Following the acquisition, BRZ Schweiz will operate as an independent division of FOG. The company will continue to develop, enhance, service, and support their range of software solutions in providing a competitive edge to customers.
