Brisbane, Australia – 22 April 2022 – Vela Software Group announced today that it has acquired BusinessCraft, trading through its subsidiary Vela Asia Pacific. BusinessCraft is a Newcastle-based Australian business focused on the provision of ERP systems to the residential construction and engineering markets.
